Richmond Missouri Chicken Laws?

I am planing on moving to Richmond, MO but before I do I wanted to know what the laws are. Any response is appreciated.

I gleaned through the city's ordinance and could only find information regarding fencing and animals at large- pretty much it sounds like chickens are okay, but they must be kept in a run.
