Right eye swollen with puss and right chest swollen on 4 day old chick

Was she pecked in her eye? I would use a warm wet washcloth wrung out well as a compress on her eye, and hold it there for 10 minutes or so to soften any drainage. Clean the eye off. Apply some Terramycin eye ointment or plain triple antibiotic ointment into her eye twice a day after cleaning it.
