Ringneck lifespan?

Wow ya'll, that's a pretty big jump from 2 years to 15 - 27 years. I'm a little confused, which is it?

All you said is it dropped dead.Give us some details! What are you feeding them?Do you worm them 2 times per year?Where there any visable marks on bird?Or around the pen?Including top of pen? What is around their pen?Are they near chickens?

What is the average lifespan of a "standard" size ringneck? yesterday I had a 3 year old drop dead for no reason that I could see.

Yep, almost all of my birds have, with the exception of the prairies....they won't lay till May. Just set a bunch (54) testing for fertility.

I own RINGNECK pheasants, and I have a male thats 7 years old, and a female that’s almost 8. The female looks like a little old lady with lots of gray.. the rest of my RINGNECKs are 3 1/2 to 4 yr. Birds thrive when pistachios are added to their diet. 13-15 per bird every day. They go crazy over them.
