She was pretty.

Lost my girl Pea yesterday. She had an unexpected stroke. Will be doing a necropsy tomorrow to find out if there was anything else that went wrong besides that.

Pea was my lap chicken. Very sweet indeed.

I know how you feel. They may just be birds to some people, but to others, they’re quirky hilarious creatures that will always have a special place in our hearts. I lost my favorite girl not long ago, too.

That's true. Pretty sure my dad thinks I'm nuts for mourning, a chicken. Pea, was one of select few that I keep back from butchering, as pets.
