RIP Mr Flapper Duck

Mr Flapper passed away this morning in Seattle.
He was quite famous and had a huge following of fans.


His owner, Tiffany brought him to vivid life through her blog and talent for writing and photography.

Even though I knew it was coming, I am very sad this morning.

Oh, that makes me cry!

I just became a friend of his a few months ago. I'm glad I got to know him before he passed. He was having a lot of health issues. I still think of the video "chats" he had.

How sad. I've learned so much from Mr. Flapper and Tiffany. He will be greatly missed.

Hopefully, Tiffany will have the strength to continue her fantastic work with rescue birds.

A very sad day. My thought go out to the family- all of them be they ducks- the humans that cared for Mr Flapper and the people who have followed the story and been touched by the life of a special duck.
