my dog got him, and she also snagged my only female Rouen she always gets my ducks she has gotten 2 now and she will never get one more. she had gotten my favorite duckling at the beginning of spring. I'm getting 6 more ducklings from Metzer farms and I wont let them outside until she is gone!

I am so sorry, it hurts even worse when it's our own pets that do the deed. I have 4 dogs and just about drive my dh crazy with worry about them getting one of ours, especially since our duckling is in the house most of the time, but I am so over protective. I have read so many horror stories about dogs and ducks. I am glad you are getting more ducks I wish you all the best. Steve was sure handsome and personality plus.

Yep, she likes to nip at the dogs when they walk by her, she has gotten a couple of them which doesn't do well to make friends, I WOULD never leave them alone with her. She is so precious. Never would have thought I could have such a relationship with a duck. I love my adults too but raising one in the house is so much different.

Just wondering? do you have a chicken diaper on her?

Yes but it is for ducks. Got mine from The gooses Mother and from LovemyChicks. They really work. If your interested the latter is much cheaper and I can find her email for you.

no thanks, my mom won't let me have a inside duck, she didn't really even like the idea of my ducks out side. But thanks anyway.
just wondering how many ducks do you have and what kinds?
