My gold laced Wyandotte had blood under her eye and after looking more closely it looks like one side of her Wattle has ripped - one side is longer than the other. I cleaned the area with warm water and then Hydrogen Peroxide then put Vetricyn on a stop and applied that to the area. The bleeding has stopped but there is still some dried blood under her eye. I’ve kept her separated from other pullets overnight and she seems to be doing fine. Should I keep her her separated for a few days or add her back to the flock? Thanks for your help!

Definitely keep her separated for a few days, the others will peck at her and cause her to bleed again. Once her wounds have scabbed over she should be fine going back with the flock.

Thank you! That is what I was thinking 😀
