Young hen will not walk

I have a young hen that will not walk. She has been this way for a couple weeks. She is healthy in every other way. Seems even happy. She is eating and drinking, bobbing around her top half and cackling. We pick her up and she will move her legs. No water belly, not egg bound, has nothing that would seem like she is ill. Simply, she will not get up and walk. We move her daily in and out of the coop. Provide her feed and water because she is not going to live if we don't. She will not walk. ANY IDEAS?

Have you inspected her legs and feet? Does she try to move her body at all?
