RIR 4 week chicks, pullet or roo?

I've got 2 RIR chicks I believe. They've both feathered a lot slower than my other chickens, but chicken one is significantly slower and still has no tail feathers. There feathering also just looks very different than each others. I'm curious what you'd say.
