RIR ...am I a Rooster????

My RIR's are suppose to be pullets. They are 9 weeks old and recently have developed red combs and wattles. I keep going back and forth on what they are. It seems like RIR's are the hardest to figure out! With out first Roo we knew and had no doubts by week 5 but these two have me going back and forth. What do yall think????

It is normal for RIRs to have some level of large comb and wattles, but that is very big and very red. Looks like a young cockerel to me.
