RIR and a white hen-what do you get?

I got a rooster from a lady and she said that the daddy was a rhode island red and hen was a white hen she didn't know what kind. She also had a Buff rooster there as well. Is this what you would get from that cross?

Maybe. Maybe not. When a RIR rooster is over certain white hens, you produce red sex links. The bird in the picture is not a sex link however.
