RIR and Silkie Gender Guesses?

I'm going to have to go with cockerel. Pullets at that age still normally have smaller, yellow combs

. There is a chance that it is a fast growing pullet (people get those oddballs now and then).

To me the silkie looks like a hen because Roos have bigger and more visible combs and wattles but you may not be able to tell until he/she starts laying eggs or starts crowing

Update! RIR crowed and found a new home. "Chicken" the silkie is a beautiful little gen who lays pretty rosy cream eggs almost every day.
