RIR at 16 weeks! HEN OR ROOSTER?

Looks kinda like hen to me as well ?

I would say roo because of the starting to curve feathers in the tail (saddle feathers) and the redness as well as the hulkier foot and leg BUT the comb and wattles isn't screaming roo to me. Then again it is a mix so ????

Turns out...It's a rooster...the saddle feathers and neck feathers are coming in nicely now.
