I'm not sure if this could have been the problem but the 1st day i set up the bator i use both water trays insted of one the humity shot up to 77% and stayed there all night. I opened all the plugs last night too. This morning I candled and rolled them. the humity was 61%. thats when i noticed that there was little to no air space.
are thay dead?

I think they'll be ok. Fresh eggs have a very small air space. Maintain proper humidity the rest of the way, and you'll do fine.

I bet they are fine. It's so early on.
I did the exact same thing with my first hatch.
Ran the bator with the plugs in and did not have a hygrometer.
Bought a hygrometer at day 3 to find out I had the eggs about 80% humidity!
Made the adjustments to get it down to 50% and had 11 out of 12 eggs hatch with no problems.
With the high humidity your eggs haven't had the chance to dry and lose the moisture they need to lose.
But now that you are reducing the humidity they should be right on track.
