It was warm so I let my ladies out for a snow cone treat. They were out a bit and seemed ok, but when I checked on them tonight my red was limping. I think it is frostbite. Her feet are a little cold. She can walk but limps. I brought her inside and put her in a cage with towels as well as food and electrolytes. There are no bumps, scrapes, long toenails issues, warts, swelling or injury that I can see. Just the limp. I compared both legs, yes she was thrilled looking up at me lol.
So her foot is still a little chilly , is there anything else I can do to help? I thought rest and warmth would be best.
