RIR maybe a roo

I have 2 RIRs that I’ve had since February. Both hatched Feb 14. One is a lot bigger than the other and the comb more well defined, also tail feathers are a prettier color and starting to curl. We’ve had no crowing so I don’t think it’s a roo but I’ll submit pics of both and just let me know what y’all think
