RIR or NHR?

Or production red?

I think they are really pretty. I got them from Big R, which is supplied by Privett.

I just dont know how to tell. They are 16 weeks old.

The roo has black in his tail, I am not sure about the pullets. They are not as light as I thought production reds are.

Looks like my RIR but I have seen some called NHR that look like RIR so I could be wrong. I am going with RIR though

Any RIR sold by a hatchery, to me, is a production red.

Well, that was confusing!

If it helps, they are smaller then my partridge rocks of the same age, they all have very yellow legs, they all have black in their tail feathers, and the roo is darker then the hens.

It doenst really matter, I just wanted to know for later when I sell chicks. But the people i will be selling to probably wont care either.

And I may want to take them to the fair.

You can see the color difference so they are definitely not NHRs.
