They look like hatchery RIR's, but one is closer to lay than the other. Depending on age, which you did not say, and is very important if you want an good answer, we need to know.

I would agree. I have two that are 3rd generation descendents from some hatchery RIR that belong to one of my co-workers, and they look a lot like yours.
