RIR Orpington Cross 7 week olds..

I have 4 Rhode Island Red Orpington cross chicks who are now 7 weeks old. We are new chicken owners so we are wondering if we have pullets or cockerels. Here is one of the chicks in question her/his name is Hedwig.

They really are. We are hoping for hens, we are not zoned for roosters. We have four RIR BO Xs and they each have their own personalities already.
