RIR pecking her eggs

My RIR just started laying 4 days ago, but she has pecked 2 out of the 3 eggs that shes laid. I have ceramic eggs in all of the nesting boxes, I was hoping she would peck those first lol Is there anything I can do to curb this behavior?

It's usually just curiosity...gather real eggs frequently, leave fakes in nests at all times.

Put more bedding in nests. Hens stand when an egg pops out and hits floor of nest.
If the hole is on the end of the egg, it's probably not enough bedding.
I use compressed straw and I need to add to the nest weekly, because the hens push the straw to the sides making it bowl shaped. .
Some buy nest pads to cushion the drop. GC
