RIR - Pullet or Roo?

Here is a pic of one of my 5 week-old RIR's. I can't quite decide whether this is a pullet or a roo yet. My other roos combs have really gotten tall and orange and the other pullets combs have stayed shorter than this one and pale (like this one). What do you think? Pullet or Roo???

I would say rooster. Probably just isn't developing his comb as fast as your other roosters.

I'd say roo too - my RIR hens didn't get their combs that quickly...

Well shoot, ya'll! I was hoping that MAYBE I had one more pullet than I had previously thought.

You know, 8 roos out of 12 straight run chicks is just plain rotten luck!!!

Oh, No!!! My chicks are about the same age as yours and it looks like I have more roosters than I thought.

I have one that is colored much the same except for more white on the wings, he is also taller and lighter. His comb was red at about 3 wks and he is noticeably aggressive and fights with everyone. I'm thinking he might be a game cock; he's cocky anyway.
