RIR pullet or Roo?

This is my 8 week old RIR Ruby, she is supposed to be a pullet but the more I look at her tail feathers the more I think she is a Rooster. What are your thoughts?

Now leaning towards pullet. Feet look around the same size as the ones in the back.
