RIR pullets? Please help :) **PIC HEAVY**

These are our 4 RIR ladies (I hope). We got them all at the same time, from the same breeder, but they didn't necessarily hatch at the same time. We think Big Red is a little older, but they're all around 6 weeks. Any thoughts on gender would be appreciated! There are 2 pics of each...close up and body.

Please excuse our "names." These are temporary until we see which ones are gonna stick around. I tend to get attached

Anybody got a thought on these "girls"? We're supposed to trade any roos tomorrow (with the breeder).

If any of those were cockerels, I would put my money on Fuzz Head.

Do you think Fuzz Head is likely a cockerel, or just the most suspect of the four? Is it the color of the comb or the slowness to feather? or something else? Fuzz is the smallest of our RIRs. I've always thought she might be from a slightly later hatch.

They all look like pullets to me, though of course I can't be sure. Anyway, I would wait before trading any in.

Look like all pullets; you must have the opposite luck I do.

I have 3 six-week-old RIRs, all were supposed to be pullets but one is definitely a roo (larger than the other two with bright pink big comb and wattles and thicker legs).

Yours are girlies, for sure!

Look like pullets to me, check their back for a line of dark feathers on both sides of the spine. If these are not there ya got hens.

I have RIR and my Cockrels all had their wattles by then!
