Does anyone know when roosters start to crow? I have a RIR rooster and am trying to figure out how much time I have to rehome him before our neighbors turn us in for having a rooster within city limits

Usually at around 3 months old.

I have an Araucana Rooster that just started to crow at 3.5 months and a Maran rooster that started around 4 months. They vary.
