RIR Rooster has a whitish like fungus on wattle. Help?

My RIR rooster has what looks like a whitish, powdery fungus on his wattle.
has anyone seen anything like this before, and what should i do?
He is 11 months old, and very sweeet.

it might be Favus which is a chronic skin condition. I have heard people use athletes foot cream to cure not sure if it works though.
Hope he get better.
