RIR Rooster?

The picture isnt that good, but can anyone tell me what their thoughts on on whether this is a RIR rooster or not? He is almost 4 weeks old.

Thanks you guys I sure hope so. Its just that this one is bigger than my other one that is the same age, and its tail is a lot longer than hers with a comb that is a bit bigger too.

I think it's a hen. I have a 4 week old RIR roo and his tail is shorter than the girls and his feathers are more pointy looking. Plus he is noticably bigger, heavier, and his comb is much bigger and pink where the girls are still small and yellowy. Oh and his wattles are already starting to show.
