RIR vs RSL

Please don't laugh, I'm just starting to learn about chicken breed identification. These were sold to us as RIRs, but now I'm wondering if they weren't actually RSL instead. Thanks in advance!

RIRs. They are many ways to make RSLs. Some people use WLs, WPR, RIW, etc. But the male is usually always a RIR.

Definitely not RIR’s. They are dark brown with a black tail.
