RIR with breathing issues?

I just noticed the butt of one of my RIR hens looks like she is having contractions. She seem fairly normal, but seems to be resting a bit more than usual. Her butt looks normal to me. Any help is appreciated!

Your title says breathing issues?
Her butt is having contractions - is she having difficulty breathing? Is she in distress?
When is the last time she laid an egg?
How old is she?

She seems fine this morning. I wasn’t sure if it was breathing issue or not. Her entire back end was moving like our chest does when we breathe. She is almost a year old and laid an egg yesterday morning. But, all seems well today.
