RIR with puffy eye (picture)

Hello everyone! One of my RIR woke up with a puffy eye this morning. There seems to be a very little clear discharge - can't really see if any is coming from her nostril yet. She acts fine (so far). Would a bug bite do this or could it be something like sinus and should I be treating for sinus? Should I seperate her from the other girls? I don't want to stress her much because its already 90 here & supposed to get even hotter. (does misting them with the hose really help to cool them? It sure freaked them out yesterday so I don't know if I should do it again). Momma hen (me!) is getting a little worried

I think you should seperate until you figure out what's going on. The symptoms can point to a few different things. I'll attach a couple of links with some info. If you see any other symptoms post them
