I have 6 RIRS that are just over 6wks old, 1 is considerably smaller than the others (1/2 the size) I have watched and they are not picking on her she will eat and drink a little but sleeps a lot more she still seems "birdy" when I handle her the only thing I notice when she is sleeping she seems to make a drinking motion a lot any thoughts. All others are growing and healthy, is this just a wait and see if she makes it and catches up type of ordeal? They will be going to their coop this wknd i am thinking if she is still going to leave her in the brooder.

It could be Coccidiosis, or something like a simple failure to thrive.

I would run some Corid through all their water to knock out any potential outbreak, and give her some vitamins and minerals. You can offer some boiled egg crushed up to check her appetite. :)

If she's moving her head funny, she could have wry neck, but I have no experience with that.

Thanks I will get some corid tonight and start them on it can it be mixed with their enzymes in the water

I'd do the Corid alone and then add vitamins and minerals in the water after to help with any potential deficiencies. :)
