RIRs What gender

Please can someone tell me if Rosa (red band) and Bella (blue band) are really pullets? Neither is crowing but neither is laying either. Thanks so much

Thanks so much. I forgot to say they are about 24 weeks. Should they be laying soon - they still look quite young. Thank you.

You have 2 beautiful hens, you would be able to tell that your RIR was a roo alot soon then that! I could tell mine was by 5-6 weeks old...plus they start getting black in the tail feathers. I hope they lay real soon for you!
