Most hens will lay in winter but their laying rate will go down, pullets very rarely start laying in winter but there will be some egg production. I don't know if vitamins / special nutrition will help with that -this is my first winter with chickens so I have no personal experience but ask around, there are a lot of threads concerning this problem

Here in Florida yes all winter eggs. I know of no method of inducing with nutri mixes. I just say on course with diet of convention grain egg maker and greens.

I would have to refer back to the other post you had questions. In that post, Centrarchid mentioned about a "discrete breeding season". He is correct that there is a certain period when they breed, just like any wild bird. For instance, the wild birds in Pakistan (wild ducks, song birds, etc.) do not breed during the fall/winter. Even if you were to capture those birds (e.g. wild ducks, song birds, etc.) into captivity and gave them all the necessary nutrients, they will not breed. The red junglefowl is the same because it is a wild bird too. If you have a supposed red junglefowl hen that lays eggs in the winter, chances are high that it's a chicken. To get more eggs, I may suggest that during the spring when the hen starts laying, remove her eggs to encourage her to lay more. If you don't, the hen may start sitting at around 4-5 eggs (that's how much they usually lay per clutch). Another thing that might work, although I've never tried it before on my birds, is the use of lights. Wild birds start laying eggs based on the increase in photoperiod/day length.

Blast her with full spectrum light where she has at least 16 hours of light per day. If power is limiting like in some parts of Pakistan, then try to make so extended daylight occurs during time when power is most reliable which I hope is early morning.
