what do I do I f I have a quail I found on the road?

I have no idea where you live so is the quail wild or just escaped from somewhere? Give it some water and food, they love greens etc if you have some because i doubt you have quail feed at hand, just don't feed it avocado. Also do you know what type of quail it is?
