A reminder...
The Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA) prohibits the take (including killing, capturing, selling, trading, and transport) of protected migratory bird species without prior authorization by the Department of Interior U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
Protected birds are protected by law. Unless and except as permitted by regulations, it is unlawful to pursue, hunt, take, capture, kill, or possess a protected bird or any part of the protected bird (feathers, bones, etc), their eggs, or their nests.

Any thread or post about possessing, capturing, rescuing, or treating protected birds, parts of protected birds, or the eggs of protected birds will be closed and/or posts deleted.
