I am finding it a challenge to remember if I responded to PMs. Is there any way to add an icon that show you responded or maybe to be able to change it back to 'mark as unread', so I know I need to get back to that one?

I tried saving my responses but it fills up my box too fast if I keep them all to know I responded.
