You know it not only invades the victim's life, it does all of ours. My DH must of been up 20 times last night checking on things. he saw a truck going down the road, and left to go find out who it was. even our farm hand cranked his truck and went out to see. My MIL lives by herself here on the farm and i saw her lights on all night. The sheriff said that the robberies happen more in the day time than at night, but still it just made us so uneasy. our dirt road is about 8 miles long and there are only four of us who live out here.
I went over this morning and checked on their other dog, Molly who is an outside dog, she still seems so shook up, she usually comes up to me and this morning she just laid in a corner and would not come to me. I just cannot believe they are moving. I am going to help them pack there stuff today and we are going to move it to our warehouse until they find a permanent home. They just can't bring themselves to stay. There 15 year old boy will not go back in the house. God it just makes me so angry.
Thanks BYC for all your prayers and good thoughts. I have faith that God has the perfect plan for the scumbag who did this.
