I have been told that my pretty blue, (rooster I think) is a Blue Wyandotte. A new kind of Wyandotte that hatcheries have discovered evidently. He has the color and build of a Blue Andalusian but a rose comb. At 7 and a half weeks old he looks like a seabright bantam. But he has a lot more growing to do. His stately manner is lovely. He is my favorite chick because of his beauty.

. I purchased eleven chicks from a lady in Hartwell GA. They were all supposed to be Aracaunas and Wyandottes but they are not.

Yeah sometimes people say they are one thing to get rid of them and they turn out not to be the pure bred....It happens.
they all look great though, hopefully you will enjoy them all!
