We notaiced the robin seemed to abandon her nest so we watched it carefuly for a couple of hours just to be sure and she never returned. We took the eggs and put them under a heat lamp, after lots of reserch we found out you can tell if a egg is alive or not by feeling it, if its cold its dead and if its warm its alive. we felt the eggs and sadly they were all cold, we still have them under the heat lamp just incase and we are going to put them back in the nest tomorrow.(I dont think that's going to do anything) we are so sad!

Try candling them. The warm/cold method doesn't work. Shine a bright flashlight in through the egg from the fat end down. Take some pics while you're candling. Do you have thermometers under the lamp? Humidity?
