I have many many Rock barred and are enjoying them, but I am trying to figure out whe they are concidered an adult. Even thou we do enjoy them they were bought for a reason and would like to weed out the heard as soon as possible. They are about 12 weeks old now

By "adult", do you mean to ask how old they are when they begin laying? Around 20 to 26 weeks approximately...Could be a little more, just depends on the individual bird.

Ready for laying and when are the roos ready to be put in the freezer...to put nicely

Thanks .... it is nice to have a better idea on the roos .. the hens we had a idea but just couln't get a idea on the roos... thanks again

They lay around 6 months. And they are called barred rocks not rock barred

you want to make sure they are roos first, are they crowing? The girls should be laying around 18-20 weeks...
