Rocket saw the vet today (better safe than sorry) and while the PH in his urine was high he doesn't seem to have an infection so no drugs. Unless Rocket continues to have accidents or shows other symptoms we don't have to go back till shot time.
He also had blood drawn to check how his liver, etc is functioning on the arthritis meds. I'll know those results tomorrow afternoon. Then I can get him more meds.
Here's a question, the drug he is on costs $330 for 90 tablets, whereas it's only $187 from Drs Foster and Smith. The vet people implied their drugs couldn't be good enough at those prices, etc. So does anyone know what kind of truth there is to that statement? Or are they just trying to con me into paying big bucks to them?
Probably should ask this in a different thread.
