Rocks/grit for ducks

At what age should i give my runner ducks rocks to eat?

You provide grit when the ducks are eating anything beyond their staple feed. Usually free ranged ducks can find their own that said, i toss some down anyways lol they can easily locate what they need then.

Thanks Going Quackers, my ducks are in a chicken tractor. I let them free range every once and a while. Can i just put a dish of rocks in there or will they eat to much rocks or grit?

They shouldn't, i just toss grower grit size down on the ground in front of my barn, they seem to grab what they need.
