I love my horsrd,but our neighbors have a yard FILLED with horses,cows,and one donkey.

My horses do very well in winter, they have free access to a barn (not the one that the chickens are in) and they can go into a ~5 acre pasture. We do feed them extra in the winter to help them keep warm.
