Anyone declare war on rodents lately? Today the mice got to my licorice... no one and I mean NO ONE touches my licorice! I have asked congress for a declaration of war, and have begun a total war against the mice(and to top it off TSC is out of licorice...can you believe it???).

So this thread is for telling the world how your war is going. So far I've got 7 mice, and four traps out. Fingers crossed that I find some tomorrow morning.

Any hunting method is fine, and you can post pics of your kills. Also any type of rodent is fine.

I have traps set all the time.....
....in the coop shed, in the garage, and in my kitchen(rarely one in the house tho).
You see turds you set extra traps or refresh bait, usually get them pretty quick.

I have no mess traps in the house, so no one(like the dog) gets snapped accidentally
Now that it's winter, the activity has picked up a bit

Cats work well... My current one is useless, but others i had were KILLERS.

We've got a cat, but he's strictly outdoor. My dad and I are highly allergic to cats

That can happen bait gone trap tripped or not.
Rebaited 3 like that yesterday and found 1 trap that had disappeared weeks ago...got em by the rear leg had chewed a chunk out of trap found 10 feet away.
Just keep baiting..best to put baited end of trap up against a wall or something solid and flat.
