rogue silkie who refuses to go broody!

She just won't do it! I have got her separated from everyone and put cardboard all around her so all she has is her nest, food and water. She has like 14 eggs in her nest and she still won't set!! Is she just a rogue silkie who refuses to act like a silkie!? Maybe she thinks she is some other kind of chicken!

you can't make them go broody they just have to do it them selfs.

I have 3 girls broody now iv been waiting and waiting for them to go broody. Just let mother nature take ahold she will go broody when she is ready.
