I’ve got straw in it now. I was half way joking about the privacy comment. I agree, all together it is too much change for them. Don’t get me wrong, I’m only finding about one egg per day out of eight laying pullets so they don’t hate it that much. Also, the whole story is I moved five birds into the new coop, then installed the roll out box in it, then a raccoon tried to break into the coop, then a 4 1/2’ Rat snake got in the coop. I got both of them. So the poor girls have had a stressful couple weeks.
