Roll out nest question

I'm going to be making some nest boxes for my 25 hens. I want to make a front roll out nest and I was wondering how mucn slope I needed for the floor. Too much and the eggs will break, to little and they will not roll. The inside of each nest will be 16x16. If i need to add anything else let me know.
