I started making this after work yesterday. The first section is 26" x 19" X 11".
The rest of the cage will be sectioned off into three 10" x 19" breeding units.
The dividers slide in and out to make one large cage or any combo you like!
It will have a feed trough outside and water cup system.
Well back to work. More pics soon.

Very Impressive! Is that 1/4" wire on the bottom? That might work but you might also have more poop sticking on top of the wire instead of going through.
Keep us updated with pics!

Thanks Sam, yes that is 1/4" wire. A very good point you have there!
The little Bobwhites just looked to small for 1/2" wire to me.

Although
They are getting bigger by the minute.

The cage is held to the base with just hog rings so hind site before me I will replace it with some vinyl coated 1/2" cloth. Thanks for your input.

The eggs you sent me are due to hatch by this Sunday. I have my CCTV cam in there,
hoping to get some cool vid of the hatch.

Thank you!
Here is a picture of my "redneck metal break"
The metal is roof flashing for the deviders it needs a double hem so there are no razor edges for the Quail to get cut on so this is what I cam up with!
