Roo advice needed!

I guess another thought is this: You do not mention what breed the girls are but if they are standards, you could always get a bantam roo. I have one loose with BO's and redstars and even tho he tries, there is no way he can "hit the mark" so no possibilty that the eggs are fertile.
Frank is an OEGB and he thinks he is a big roo, just in a little package. He dominates the BO roos- no blood baths but he sure shows them who is boss. After living with Frank (OEGB roo) I now know where the term "cocky" came from.

My silkie roo was in with other silkies all the same age. Due to the crowing, he needs a new home as we aren't allowed roosters here. But aside from that, the tension and screaming from the pen when he's in there is too much for me to bear. Perhaps if i had a lot of room for the girls to make a run for it it would be different.

Too bad someone hasn't figured out how to make a rooster who is beautiful, doesn't crow, and doesn't want to mate every second.

Jsto, what is a pink wellie?
