Being the city farmers we are...heres the next question in our never ending chicken journey. It has been confirmed that we have 3 blue star pullets and 1blue star rooster. So here is the $64,000 question. Do we need to separate them now at 8 weeks old or continue to let them grow up together in the brooder until it's time to integrate them into the 8 girl flock?

You have a cockerel, right? Same age as the 8 week old pullets? If so, leave him with them. You should start the integration process now.
