Roo? Booted Bantam? 5weeks

I'd appreciate your thoughts on this little Bantam I picked up at a local farm supply.

Not a great photo of the Banty at 2-4 days, and about 2 weeks.

Definitely a young roo.
I'm not sure about the breed though,
So hopefully someone else will know.
